The staff was very accommodating .
The room was a complete disappointment. It was cramped and had an unpleasant odor that was clearly known, as the window had been left wide open upon my arrival, but that only opened to a laundry area. I expected a more comfortable experience for the price I paid.

clean, cozy, clean
The room I stayed in was super clean and equipped with everything I needed, including a private bathroom and small balcony. I loved the good terrace area where I could unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was a fantastic surprise with options like fresh juice, meats, cheeses, and more!
do recommend 😊❤️

The location of the hotel was good if you wished to explore the area ,doing your own thing by bus..also, should you be located near the front of nerja, it would be so easy to miss out on finding the "real " spain..walk down the main road...you then find the river to walk along side of to the beach, with the bonus of seeing all the allotments..
This hotel is not for those who like to be pampered...however..for value and a pleasant host, we could not fault it ...remember..you get what you pay for..

I enjoyed the time in this property. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great near supermarket. The morning meal was tasty with jam and muffins, for instance. I had a fairly quiet room with balcony, the closest, for example. The staff I encountered were very welcoming and pleasant.

Good budget hotel. two flights of stairs when you enter. small rooms but remember the price of this hostal is great, so don't expect to have a super room for the price..you get what you pay for. It is great for a one night stop-over to visit Nerja, Maro and Frigiliana if you have a car. If not you can visit Nerja on foot and visit the beautiful beaches there!
The management are Romanian and have a different way of dealing with clients, and can be a little nervous at times...but very kind over all!

Location is very convenient for somebody coming late to Nerja as hastal is placed just opoosite to the first bus stop in Nerja.
I have chosen this hostal because in description of it it was stated that there is free WiFi internet on site. But when I arrived I was informed at that dont work . I was offered to use one stationary computer they have but although internet was working but I could not talk on Skype - probably because of broken voice-card. Problem was fixed in this way that one staff member took internet cable from stationary computer and connected this to my netbook. In my room ( double for single use ) was no klima and it was pretty cold. Luckily I was only sleeping there one night .

Very inexpensive hostel and we had a great visit to Nerja. Blobs of the last client's ice cream drying slowly on the bedroom floor but otherwise OK..Pity the bar is closed as I understand clients would not buy drinks from the bar but from the local supermarket and bringing them to the hostel to save money so it is no longer worth it to the owner. Long walk to the centre of the bars etc. Breakfast was OK..

A room with two single beds did not scream luxury, nor did the cables hanging off the walls. Charging my iPad was a hassle since the outlets overheated. And of course, demanding a deposit for a shabby room was an absolute joke. Still can't believe I almost gave a good review.

It was just a fine choice for getting around area in Nerja with good value for cost. The breakfast spread was unexpectedly great, with plenty of options to choose from. Make sure to check out the nearby supermarket for essentials.
